Plain language terms.

1. What Kellan is

Kellan is a daily operational companion designed for independent cafés, food trucks, bakeries, and small food businesses. It gives you a calm place to count stock, stay on top of routines, coordinate orders, and organize know-how.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions. Paid access to Kellan is billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.

Payment processing. All payments, billing details, and receipts are securely managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method at each recurring interval.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer billing portal. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

3. What we promise

We will do our best to keep the service reliable, fast, and dependable. The application is built so your data lives on your own device in addition to our servers, keeping your daily routines workable even if your internet connection drops.

If something goes wrong that affects your account or data, we will tell you directly and work to fix it promptly.

4. What we ask of you

Real work. Use Kellan for real business operations.

Common sense over calculations. Kellan uses straightforward arithmetic to suggest orders and highlight low supplies. It is not an automated purchasing agent and does not place vendor orders on its own. Always verify suggestions against what you see on your shelves.

Safety. Do not use Kellan for life-safety critical applications, medical tracking, or regulatory-certified allergen management.

Security. Do not attempt to bypass security protections, probe unauthorized accounts, or disrupt the service for other users.

5. Your data is yours

You own everything you enter into Kellan. We claim no ownership over your supply lists, recipes, counts, vendor notes, or operational history. You can export your data at any time without asking our permission.

6. Service changes and termination

You can stop using Kellan at any time. If we ever discontinue the service, we commit to giving you clear advance notice and ample time to export all your business records.

7. Disclaimer of warranty and liability

Kellan is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kellan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses related to inventory, vendor cutoffs, or stock discrepancies.
